Why is the design I want not in all the candles sizes ?

Some designs only lend themselves to certain sizes of candle. We hope that you will enjoy having it in another size.
How long will it take for my candles to arrive ?

We strive to despatch candles within 2-3 working days. There is free local delivery for customers who live with 20 Kms of Candle Magic.
Is it OK to light my decorative candle ?

Absolutely ! All candles have been made using non-flammable paint
How do I look after my candle ?

Some candles will burn down and make a dipped hollow center. Just cut the thin sides away using a sharp knife and light as usual.
My candle is a gift, can i have my candle gift wrapped ?

We will be very happy to gift wrap any candles. There is an extra charge for this. All candles come prettily wrapped in gathered cellophane, tied with satin ribbon & bows and a hanging decoration to match the design, such as a robin for Xmas, a heart for love, chick for Easter. All purchases come with a wooden gift tag in the shape of a bird for you to sign with your message. If you would like us to send your gift it directly then we can write the message for you.
